2 - Bag Charms

Charms are small decorative elements, something that is cute, endearing and versatile. They help you personalise things that you cherish, may be a bag or even your favourite pair of jeans!

This is our interpretation of these charms in a fabric that is so dear to us, the Khunn. Trinkets such as gubbis (sparrows in the language Kannada, these were traditionally used in a baby's cradle to entertain the little one) and fabric flowers that are affixed to dories, that in turn are fastened on to a sturdy hook. Our fabric flowers are made with love by women migrant labourers from a NGO that partners with us.
