Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship across India to all pin codes that are serviceable by our logistics partner. Shipping is free for orders above INR 5000. For orders under this value, standard shipping rates will apply.

Orders typically take 5-7 business days to reach you from the date of placing them. In the event that you would like your order delivered to you sooner, please contact us directly and we will assist you. Shipping will be charged at actuals in such cases.

If your package does not arrive within 10 working days, please contact us at hello@kalenele.com and we will do our best to help you out. Please note that if the delivery agent or logistics provider states that your order has been delivered, KaleNele will not be in a position to help - you will need to take the matter up with the logistics provider directly. 

International Shipping

For orders that you would like shipped internationally, you may place your order directly with us by getting in touch with us (WhatsApp or calling us) at +91 63644 15557 and we will process the same for you. International shipping will be charged at actuals.
