Dwiti, dual, a beautiful twosome. The pendant here is created by stringing two silk potlis bearing elegant hand Kasuti, to each other, each potli in tones of the dark black sky, brought together aesthetically. The delicate attachment made with precision thread work so that they elegantly swing, separate yet together.

This neckpiece enjoys a journey through our quaint clusters of Bagalkot district and Dharwad where the fabric is handwoven and is hand embroidered on. KaleNele works with a NGO dedicated to the upliftment of women who come from distressed backgrounds. These women are trained to develop a skill to help them enjoy a sustainable livelihood. They embroider with meticulous attention, achieving such beauty. This piece is received in our studio where our skilled kaarigars execute this neckwear with utmost perfection based on the design that is so well thought through.
