Prithvirasa 12x24 Cushion Cover
Dual-sided beauty, twice the story, twice the drama. The launch of our very first reversible design line of cushion covers. A collection steeped in earth & rain. Prithvirasa — the essence of the earth — is a celebration of the mood that rises from soil after rain: deep, grounding, quietly powerful. This collection draws from the rich duality of dark greens and maroons, colours that feel like ancient forests meeting rain-kissed earth. One side reflects the depth of rain-soaked earth, while the other captures the vibrance of renewing green jewel-like patterns.
Each cushion cover is crafted in our signature khunn weave, where intricate textures echo the rhythm of monsoon on soil and the timeless aesthetic of heritage textiles. What sets Prithvirasa apart is the enchanting gubbi (meaning sparrow in the language kannada) accent — a tiny, triangular baby cushion crafted from khunn borders. It rests at the head of the zip like a charming finial. It sways gently as you handle the cushion, adding movement, personality, and a hint of playful drama. The gubbi carries the spirit of tradition while adding a sculptural touch to a contemporary home product. This detail transforms each cushion from “beautiful” to memorable — a quiet luxury meant to be noticed. The zips are designed for smooth use and long life and seamlessly integrated into the fabric.
We achieve handcrafted precision in every seam and topstitch, each panel arranged in tonal harmony. Prithvirasa is not just décor — it is a feeling. A moment of exhaling. The scent of wet earth, held in textile form.
